Earle W. Noyes & Sons Wins 2009 “President’s Quality” Award
PORTLAND, ME — United Van Lines has honored Earle W. Noyes & Sons as the “best of the best” among its nearly 500 domestic agencies with its prestigious 2009 “President’s Quality” award.
United Van Lines presents the award annually to recognize the top service achievement in the carrier’s U.S. family of affiliated moving agencies. Earle W. Noyes & Sons is the fifteenth recipient of the award, which was established in 1995.
Noyes earned the recognition on the basis of its performance in accordance with United’s quality service process, measured by data generated through a survey completed by customers after their move.
Noyes met all of United’s performance standards, with three ratings in the “best in class” level and five in the “exceeds” level. The agent’s total customer performance score was 9.4 out of 10; ranking Noyes first out of 29 agents in its size category. More than 95 percent of its customers are willing to recommend Noyes.
