Earle W. Noyes & Sons Employee Wins 2010 “Heart of Quality” Award

PORTLAND, ME — United Van Lines honored Earle W. Noyes & Sons Move Coordinator, Phyllis Harmon, with its 2010 “Heart of Quality” award, which recognizes outstanding performance.

Harmon, along with ten other recipients nationwide, were chosen from United’s nearly 500 domestic moving agencies based on customer feedback from post-move surveys, in which customers cited individuals for providing excellent service.

The move coordinator’s role is to serve as a single point of contact for the customer and all moving service providers throughout the entire move, so that the relocation is successful from preparation through final delivery.
