Peter Noyes

President

Peter became Operations Manager of Earle W. Noyes & Sons in 1977, working alongside his father Lester and grandfather Earle. Peter became President in 1987 and has grown Earle W. Noyes & Sons into one of the largest moving and storage companies in New England. He is a member of the Board of Directors for UniGroup, the parent company of United Van Lines. Peter is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a degree in transportation administration. He worked his way through college as a van operator.

Don Olen

Vice President of Sales

Don has been with Noyes since 1983 and has handled more than 25,000 relocations. As one of the moving industry’s most experienced and trusted resources, Don has received recognition at the national level from United Van Lines, including multiple “Master’s Club” honors for sales excellence. He managed relocations of all types including corporate, local, long distance, and international. Most are with repeat customers or referrals – more than 98 percent of his customers say they would recommend Noyes. Don graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a business administration degree and keeps his training current as a Certified Moving Consultant.

John Backman

Vice President of Commercial Services

John has over 13 years of experience in Commercial Relocations. He joined the commercial sales and operations team in June of 2012. John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Noyes team.


William Noyes

Vice President

Will represents the fourth generation of management at Earle W. Noyes & Sons. Will worked as a van operator and mover during summer breaks from high school and college and joined Noyes in 2005 after graduation from the University of Denver with a degree in business and economics. He became Operations Manager in 2009.

Brent Noyes

Vice President of Operations, General Counsel

Brent grew up working on the trucks and in the warehouse for Noyes whenever he was not in school. He earned a B.A. from Boston College in 2007, and joint J.D./M.E.L.P. degrees from Vermont Law School in 2012. After passing the Maine Bar Exam, Brent joined the company in 2013. In 2015 he was named Vice President of Operations. In that role, he oversees day-to-day move management, safety, and compliance.

Bob Morley

Certified Moving Consultant

Bob has been a Certified Moving Consultant since 1990 and he has been with the Noyes team since 1997. With a vast understanding of relocations, from local to international, Bob serves as a valuable resource to his customers. Bob is an eleven-time winner of United Van Lines’ prestigious “Master’s Club” for sales excellence. He was named United’s “Salesman of the Month” for December 2009.

Jeff Cole

Warehouse Manager

Jeff joined Earle W. Noyes & Sons as a summer helper in 1976. He became an owner-operator in 1985, moving families coast to coast for Noyes. He has earned many awards, including safe-driving awards, United Van Lines “Van Operator of the Month” awards, and the 1999 United Van Lines “Van Operator of the Year” award.

Al Graffam

Local Dispatcher

Al started with Earle W. Noyes & Sons in 1997 in the warehouse. In 2005, he was promoted to local operations, where he matches the right equipment to each move and dispatches all residential and commercial crews.

Phyllis Harmon

Move Coordinator

Phyllis has over 20 years of experience in the moving industry. She joined the sales team at Earle W. Noyes & Sons in 1997. Phyllis has been honored by United Van Lines as a one-time runner-up and three-time winner of the “Heart of Quality” award. This award recognizing the move coordinator as the unsung hero behind every successful move. Phyllis provides exceptional service to earn customer’s confidence and loyalty, and they express their satisfaction time and time again in consistently high customer-service survey scores.

“Moving can be very stressful. My goal is to ease that stress for customers by taking very good care of them. I manage many details behind the scenes and check in with customers along the way to give them peace of mind.”
